MaxRewards Bonus Blitz Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The MaxRewards 2024 Bonus Blitz Referral Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all users of MaxRewards over the age of 18 years old as of January 25, 2024. Users must have an active MaxRewards account during and at the end of the promotion period to be eligible.
Employees of MaxRewards (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners, contractors, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of MaxRewards as final and binding as they relate to the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Promotion Period: The Promotion will run from 12:00 AM EST on January 25, 2024, through 11:59 PM EST on February 29, 2024.
4. Making a Referral: To make a referral, the Referrer can share their referral link and/or code. The Referee must apply the referral code for the Referrer to receive credit for a Qualified Referral.
5. Qualified Referrals: A "Qualified Referral" means that all of the following conditions are met:
The Referee was referred during the Promotion Period
The Referee is a new MaxRewards user
The Referee is at least 18 years old at the time of account creation
The Referee completed the onboarding flow before the end of the Promotion Period
The Referee connected at least one bank account before the end of the Promotion Period
The Referee entered the Referrer's referral code before the end of the Promotion Period
The Referee's account is in good standing with at least one bank account connected by the end of the Promotion period
6. Pending Referrals: A "Pending Referral" is a referral made during the Promotion Period to a new member who has completed onboarding as a new user, but has not yet connected a bank account during the Promotion Period.
7. Rewards: The Referrer will receive credit for 1 free month of MaxRewards Gold for every Qualified Referral. Referrers will also qualify for special bonuses based on the number of Qualified Referrals made during the Promotion Period:

Tiers 1-4 will receive gift cards, and tiers 5 & 6 will get cash transfers. People achieving Tier 6 have to fill out appropriate tax documentation.
Referrers who are eligible for a bonus will be contacted within 2 weeks of the end of the promotion. The Referrer will have 2 weeks to accept their bonus, and bonuses will be paid out within 2 weeks of acceptance.
MaxRewards reserves the right to delay payout to perform investigations.
8. Restrictions: The Referrer agrees not to perform the following:
Create duplicate accounts
Create fake accounts
Create accounts without the consent of the Referee
Mislead Referees
Engage in illegal or unethical activities
Engage in behavior designed to annoy or harass others
Engage in actions that disparage or malign or call into question the reputation of MaxRewards, in the Company’s sole discretion
9. Terms: MaxRewards reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion. MaxRewards reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
MaxRewards has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion to void Referrals for any reason, including, but not limited to, multiple sign-ups from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple sign-ups from the same phone; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any app or website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, MaxRewards reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless MaxRewards and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
