Starting February 6th, Bilt will be moving away from Wells Fargo to Cardless— A new platform that helps companies create and develop co-branded credit cards. You may be wondering how this will affect your current Bilt account and how it functions with the app. Here's what you should know:
You'll have two options: If you would prefer to keep your current account with Wells Fargo, your card will transition to a Wells Fargo Autograph card, and you'll continue to log into your Wells Fargo account to sync with MaxRewards.
If you plan to upgrade to Bilt 2.0, then January 14th is the day to remember. This is when Bilt will announce the three new cards available under their new platform. After the reveal, you'll have until Januray 30th to select which card best fits your needs. You'll receive the card by the February 6th launch date, and will log in with Bilt to sync with MaxRewards.
Because the transition is ongoing, the MaxRewards engineering team won't be able to fix any issues that may arise with Bilt until the transition is complete. Once it is, We'll be happy to help fix any issues and answer any questions you have about how things will work with the new platform. You can reach out to support@maxrewards.com if you have any lingering questions about this transition.
