We understand that there may be a time where you'll need to cancel your Gold or Platinum membership. Here's a step-by-step guide:
You'll go to the Profile Tab. This is the button in the top right corner that looks like a person.
Tap the Gear Icon near your name and email.
Under Manage Subscription, you'll choose Your Gold or Platinum.
At the very Bottom of the next screen, you'll see a button that says "Cancel Subscription".
Once Tapped, you'll answer a couple questions and receive a Spin the Wheel offer for credits to keep your membership. If you still want to cancel, you'll tap Cancel Membership at the bottom of the screen.
That screen confirms you've unsubscribed and shows how long you'll keep access to premium features. Tap the top-right button to exit, or "I've Changed My Mind" at the bottom to stay subscribed.
NOTE: This sets your membership to cancel at the end of the trial or current subscription period, and not immediately. If you are cancelling within 24 hours of your subscription payment going through, please reach out to member support either through the in-app chat or sending an email to support@maxrewards.com.
