You can cancel your Gold membership at any time. You will have access to Gold until the end of your billing period, and your membership will not be renewed.
If you're on a free trial and want to cancel your membership, please do so before the end of your 7-day free trial to ensure you're not charged the subscription fee. You can read more about our refund policy here.
To cancel your Gold or Platinum membership, navigate to your Account Profile. You can find your Account Profile by tapping on the person icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Tap on The Gear Icon.
Tap on Your Subscription under Manage Subscriptions.
Tap on the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the page.
Please share why you're canceling your subscription. Then tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
