Unlinking an account disconnects it from MaxRewards. You might do this if you no longer want an account connected, or as a troubleshooting step before reconnecting it.
Here’s how to unlink an account:
Go to the Accounts tab.
Scroll down to the account you want to unlink.
Tap the gear icon.
Tap Unlink Account.
Tap Confirm.
Will I lose my history if I unlink to troubleshoot?
No. If you’re unlinking an account so you can relink it, you won’t lose your history since it comes from your bank. You won’t see the history on MaxRewards while the account is unlinked, but it’ll all show up again once you relink the account.
