How to upgrade
Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the app.
Tap the gear icon on your Profile card.
Under Manage Subscription, tap Upgrade. If you’re on a Bronze account, you’ll see Upgrade to Gold or Platinum. If you’re on Gold, you’ll see Upgrade to Platinum.
The next screen shows the details of the plan you chose. Take a look at what’s included, then tap Continue.
Choose your price. Both plans are on a sliding scale, so you can pick what feels fair.
Confirm your upgrade on the next screen.
Which plan is right for me?
Platinum includes everything in Gold. It’s made for members with business expenses who want to optimize rewards, spend, and benefits across their personal and business cards. To compare the plans side by side, see What Are the MaxRewards Subscription Tiers?
What if I have Gold credits?
If you have Gold credits, they’re applied as a discount to your annual charge. See Gold Credits: Everything You Need to Know for details.
What if I’m upgrading from Gold to Platinum?
Your unused Gold membership is applied as a discount on Platinum.
