Keeping your accounts synced is critical to ensure you're getting the most value from MaxRewards.
There are two ways to sync your account:
Swipe down in the Home tab to initiate Sync All. We recommend doing this daily.
Tap on sync icon to refresh an individual account. If you're having trouble syncing an account through Sync All, try individually syncing it.
Here are addition things you might want to know about syncing:
Accounts synced in the last 3 hours won't be included in Sync All
You can access Account Settings by tapping on the gear icon
There, you can exclude an account from being included in Sync All, update credentials, and unlink account
You can also connector status and last sync time on the Account Settings screen
If you're having trouble syncing an account, try these common troubleshooting methods, try adding the account as a new account by tapping "Add +" from the Accounts tab.
